Dear journalists!
In my capacity as President of the RIJAA, I dream of a world respectful of human rights, of equal opportunities between peoples, of all freedoms, especially that of being able to express oneself and to associate freely. 
The world we live in today is anything but fair and full of hope. Inequalities are glaring and the challenges we face are growing. That of the climate, among many others, is increasingly worrying.
We must work to uphold human rights and preserve our environment for the benefit of
future generations.
Our network has a leading role to play in achieving these goals. I remain convinced
that we can achieve this if we put our energies together and work with each other, and
not against each other.
